Welcome to the English Speaking Catholic Community (ESCC) of St. Thomas Parish Church in Prague, Czech Republic. We are happy you have found us and hope that you decide to make St. Thomas Church your spiritual home.
We are an Augustinian community with five Augustinian priests currently serving us. They come from the United States, Spain, Poland, the Philippines and Panama. Our parishioners also come from all parts of the world with 27 countries represented in our community. While we come from different places and our reasons for being in Prague are varied, we all find a home here as members of Jesus Christ’s Holy Catholic Church.
We invite you to attend Mass in English on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings as well as becoming more active in parish life. We have bible study and continuing religious education for adults, the only catechesis for children in English in Prague, an active Catholic youth community (CYA) as well as other activities throughout the year!
